For users that register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We collect and store information you submit to us when purchasing tickets, for the purpose of reserving your requested spaces at our event and maintaining a record of attendance.
We collect and store information you submit to us about events (and corresponding locations) you would like to publish on our site.
We collect and store your billing address and donor information when you make a donation to our site. We do not store credit card information on our site.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
If you sign-up for our email-list, your data will be sent to MailChimp.com, our email marketing provider and is subject to Intuit’s privacy policy.
If you purchase tickets or donate via credit card on our site, your data is sent to PayPal for processing and is subject to PayPal’s privacy policy.
